A good keyboard with orchestral sounds

Hi everybody,
I love modern orchestral and I was wondering which keyboard has good orchestral sounds (harp, trumpets, french horns, etc) Is it possible to install these sounds in a keyboard? I want to get close as possible to the sound of this:

Someone can give me a good explanation on how keyboard works (sound installation) and recommend me a good one (not too much expensive, portable keyboard will be nice)
