Akai Professional MPK Mini MKII, problem.

Hey. Im new to Midi Keyboards, just bought Akai Professional MPK Mini MKII.
I was frustrated by the oversensitivity of the keys one day and pressed around the buttons hoping to find a solution. After that the pitch randomly goes down on certain keys. How do I turn this off?

Check your manual and look for the factory reset or initialize procedure.

Send it back.

I bought one, it lasted one day before I initiated a return for precisely the same issue, key sensitivity was all over the place.
