Amping for sound

I have a Casio CDP- S350 that I can’t figure out why it won’t play through my practice amp. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks!

what plug on the back of the keyboard are you plugging it into? Plug it into the "phones" plug. It doesn't have any other output jacks. There is an input plug on the back and you might be plugging your amp into that by mistake. Also, make sure your master audio slider/knob is turned up.
