Ark-816 Digital Piano is out of tune

Hello this is my first time posting here but its my last option before going to buy a new piano.I bought the Ark-816 Digital Piano and it looks alright but once I started playing I noticed that the quality wasn't that good and also that it was out of tune.If someone knows a way to tune it that would be awesome.Also I already tried changing style and voice for it but it doesn't change and I don't see any other options to change the pitch.

I can't find much info on it. It looks like a real no name low budget keyboard for kids shoehorned into a fake wood cabinet to jack up the price.

Get something like a Casio WK-3300 instead. Light years better in quality and still not overly expensive.

As for the Ark 816? Try and get your money back or donate it to a school or church if it's out of warranty.
