Ax-Edge quick transpose buggy

My Ax-Edge is buggy when trying to do a quick transpose live, like playing a song that's normally 440 in to be Eb. Hold Shift, then press octave +/-, but my Edge still does octave. This is while in a performance bank. If I press the bank button off and on again then try Shift and +/-, then it works for transpose. Inconsistency is not ok. Any insights? Thanks. Lee&Tam.
