beginner buying First keyboard help!!!

Hi,

Total newbie here. Not played or even seen a keyboard since school but quiet fancy taking it up and trying to play.
I'm looking a buying my first keyboard and the novation launchkey 61 has caught my eye, seen a YouTube video and like the sound, I'm after a descent grand piano sound preferably.

With it being a MIDI (not even sure what that means but I gather it has to play via a computer) is it worth wild buying or am i going in over my head, any other recommendations?!

and please don't 'pull the trigger' before you read it. The keyboard you mention is a controller, not a synthesizer. It has no 'sounds'.
