casio CTK 7200 how to rename a audio recording

I recently Purchased a Casio CTK 7200 Even I follow the manual still can not rename a audio recording , Please help.thanks

How far do you get on the steps listed page E-128?

On page E128 ,under To rename audio file step 4. can not go to step 5 . then casiowv sure? No/ Yes

So at step 4, are you saying the ENTER does not work?
After pressing ENTER and you turn the big dial, what happens?

* Clear > Ent
3- Ent - Rename-

After Press Yes It show

can not get into the Character page.
