casio privia px-350m volume knob not working

So my volume is always maxed out because something happened to the volume knob. It turns but doesn't lower the volume. Any ideas on how to fix? Also, does anybody have a picture of the wiring schematics of the keyboard?

If it's still under warranty let Casio fix it.

Otherwise it's probably just a simple stereo potentiometer that died.

You'd have to open it up, check the value and solder in an off the shelf replacement.

A commercial electronics tech could do it for you for under $100. It's literally a $4 part.
