Clunking keys on Casio Privia PX-100

They keys on my Casio Privia PX-100 make a clunking noise when they are released. Has anyone else had experience with the same model and problem and is it worth having it looked at? I have a video clip that demonstrates the problem but don't think I can share it on here.
