disk mode freeze

[BROTHER]

K2500 freezes in disk mode and cannot do "ANYTHING". Have to turn the unit off and back on to clear and be able to do anything. Sometimes that works and sometimes NOT. Any ideas? Please help !! Thanks - - - TONY

As for your problem. How are you connecting to the computer? USB? Are you trying to connect to a USB 3.0 port? There are a lot of issues with USB 3.0 Ports.
