E463 user styles and all styles > 210 are muted

Even after resetting to factory defaults, the styles above 210 are muted and styles imported by USB are not audible. I'm thinking of trying to upgrade the firmware. Has anybody seen this problem and would a firmware upgrade help?

I have just looked on the Yamaha website and no Firmware is shown in the Downloads section.

Is the action that you have tried a Full Reset of the Keyboard?

That is with the keyboard off, press the furthest right while key and hold it, then press the Power on button.
