Emu Vintage Keys restore

After initializing and reinstalling via sysex the factory sounds, my Vintage Keys is still missing a boatload of sounds, and doesnt match the sound list in the manual. What gives? Got the sysex from emu mania website. Any ideas or helpful hints?
