EW410 audio thru usb

I am trying to use a Yamaha EW401 into my Presonus Audiobox USB and Cakewalk DAW. It works fine as a midi controller but I cannot get it to input audio into the DAW and output it through the Presonus. I see on the internet that 2 ASIO drivers cannot co-exist together and that seems true because whichever I select, the other is greyed out. How can I get this to do what Yamaha says it will? Comments please.

Welcome to the forums. Yamaha keyboards with midi/audio over USB can be hit or miss in function, and I've seen others who have the same problem with audio into a DAW not working . I would suggest that you consult with the Yamaha literature and make sure you are set up correctly. Even then, the USB audio to DAW may not work. At that point you could contact Yamaha technical support. I will post a link to the Yamaha computer connection manual. I know the keyboard needs Steinberg's driver. Have you tried using Steinberg's driver with the PreSonus interface?
