How does this Rhodes 'emulation' sound?

Note, to his right he has a Nord Stage 2 but chose to use the Kurzweil for the Rhodes emulation rather than the Stage 2 ...

Authentic sound, got that touch of grit in it too. Reminds me of my old 73 stage.
