If we're recommending Christmas music, I have a few suggestions.

1) http://www.amazon.com/Oscar-Peterson-Christmas/dp/B000003D4X An Oscar Peterson Christmas. Not Oscar's finest work, but anything by Canada's greatest jazz musician is worth a listen.

2) http://www.amazon.com/Peace-Round-C...=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1226585220&sr=1-1 Peace Round - The Yellowjackets. More modern jazz; can't really be called smooth jazz but has some funk/gospel/soul influences to it as opposed to more traditional swing.

3) http://www.amazon.com/A-Dave-Brubeck-Christmas/dp/B000003D5P/ref=pd_bxgy_m_img_b A Dave Brubeck Christmas. Solo piano by one of the greatest living jazz pianists.

4) Through Sand And Snow - Jillian Goldin. Jillian's a friend of mine and a great classically-trained vocalist with some world music influences in her writing.

Actually, if you like Mannheim Steamroller, they've got a ton of Christmas albums on the iTunes store.
