I was looking about trying to find a set of service prints on my Rockman. I need a service manual in order to repair it this time I'm afraid. Anyway, I was directed to this site for a build on another kind of earphone amp. Reading the question from the person who posted help needed on how to read a hand drawn design schematic that listed the parts in the electronic terms on the paper. He was hoping someone could help him read it and list the parts.
You guys not only took the time to explain what the drawings were, someone broke down the parts off the drawing into a parts list and gave him places to purchase the parts. Then someone explained how to handle the op amp ICs and use sockets and so on. What a great bunch of people you have on here. I want to belong to this group who really cares about each other. Most places would tell a newbie in electronics to go to collage and then he can figure out how to read design drawings if they answered them at all.
It does the heart good to see people who care about others. Thanks!
