Help: Casio CDP-230R key problems

I have a Casio CDP-230R that's only ~4 month old. Yesterday, my daughter noticed that two black keys popped up, and the white key in between the two black keys got stuck easily (see attached picture). There is no sound when any one of the three keys in question is pressed down.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There is a youtube video () with a similar issue with a solution of pushing the black keys a bit harder back into their places. It didn't work for me.

If it's still under warranty send it back for service.

Yes, if it's less than 6 months old and under warranty, the best thing would be to have a certified Casio technician fix it, because if you open it up yourself to try to fix it you'll surely void the warranty.
