help with fantom x6

just wanna use the control pedal to do the volume. but i can only control the volume of the whole keyboard. i want to control the volume only for for example strings. lets say ive got a piano sound and layer it up with strings. now i want to fade in and out only the strings. is that possible?

yeah its possible, I havent got it here with me but if i remember correctly when your in your mixer mode and have all your sound layered you have to go to a setup mode (cant remeber how to get there exactly) but basically you will have a list of your layerd voice and a list of your controllers (pitch bend damper expression d beam) these a ppear on a grid and in the grid you should have a tick to toggle on/off which will let you affect one voice with controller function
