Hello DickR

Thanks for you answe.
I dont mean F# und G# Akkords, as separated Accords.
I mean F# / G# Akkord. This is one and the same Accord.

I play that F# / G# Akkord in Yamaha Tyros 2 as
G#, A, A#, C#, F#

but, the accompaniment in Casio CTK 731 going by F2 to end
and i can't it grab the F#

There are other solutions for Casio CTK 731?

Nice Greeting

I am sorry I've misunderstood.
I am not familiar with the Casio but I am sure as with the Yamaha you can (and have to) move the splitpoint from F2 a few keys up. Your manual will give you the details.

Hello DickR
No problem ...
I think my English is not so good.

The problem with the Casio CTK 731 is:
I can't move the split point.
Thesplit point by Casio CTK 731 is fixed..

Therefore I am looking for F# / G# Accord inversion, only up to F2

Hej mirojan,

your Casio instrument CTK 730 is not existing; what is the right model name?

Then I have to ask do you mean the cord F# = Gb (thats the same note)?

Hello
Do you mean "chords" ?
yes Y_man

Sory ... Do you have right i mean CTK 731. I have change it, in the right name now.

Then I have to ask do you mean the cord F# = Gb (thats the same note)?

Yes, goldi5210...

F# is the same Gb
G# is the same Ab

The F# is from F increased, and the Gb from G lowered

Hej goldi5210

Yes i have read it the site 15... and I think, they talk about 2 instrument split... Lower1 and Upper1.
and not about accompaniment splitpoint.

You are sure that is the same?

On the site 19 to 21 they talk about CASIO CHORD and accompaniment.
And I don't see something about accompaniment splitpoint...
Maybe my english is not so well and i don't understand all of them...

Hej Mirojan,

I think you are right with page 15 (this seems to be for splitting between Upper1 (+ evtl. layered Upper2) and Lower 1 (+ evtl. layered Lower2).

The Auto Accompinament on page 20 ff. seems to set a fast Splitpoint (only for the accompinament) in the Modes Casio Cord (something like one-finger-cord) and Fingered Cord. Only in Full Range Cords you have no splitpoint. And in the modes with the fast splitpoint you cannot play voices in the accompaniment area.

Now back to your Cord question F# / G#.

I think this is a F# major ninth cord F#(9). This means F# - A# - C#. The ninth note G# you can play within the ground cord

F# - G# - A# - C#. (see page 21 Cadd9).

Good luck to you and your keyboard.

Hej Brendon,

in F# major (say F sharp major) you can play the following cords:

F# major, G# minor, A# minor, B major, C# major, D# minor, E# = F diminished

Here is a link (sorrily only in german language):
