I have a quite brand new keyboard from TEAC 2.4 GHz Wireless keyboard - and I cannot type numbers with it unless if I use the numbers from the right side of the keyboard.

I cannot type charcters like @ by pressing Shit + 2 because the '2' character is not working on the keyboard. I have to copy-paste the @ in order to use it - which is very frustrating.
I cannot also use the parenthesis unless if I copy paste them as well.

Do you know why this is happening and what is the reason for it, and how do I solve it?
I've tried everything including uninstalling languages in Windows etc, and I also tried typing numbers in the BIOS screen for a password and the keys didn't work there neither.

Appreciate your help.

Hej,hej arie1985,

I think you are in the wrong forum; here we are talking only about
musical keyboards, organs and pianos.

But I think its a driver problem; try to find a new keyboard driver;
may be also a new mouse driver.

Try this link:

There you can chat with a TEAC technician.
