...a hybrid dual manual instrument, looking something like the dual keyboard organs out there.

But -- the bottom keyboard would have a good quality hammer action for piano feel, and the top would have organ feel with waterfall keys. Horns, strings, synth sounds, etc. should be on board for use on top (but also with the ability to play on the bottom). Piano, EP, clav, etc., should be avilable for the bottom (but again, accessible on top if needed).

You might just have to build your own -- as I did recently (more photos were posted back in October).

Below is my Hammond SK Pro 73 as the top board, with an M Audio Keystation 63 as the lower board (semi weighted). I didn't want all the extra weight or width of an 88-key hammer-action lower board, but that could have been changed in my original design. The Hammond is removed from the cabinet for transport, and the top comes off the base/legs. If you weren't going after the Hammond B3 "look", you could just make the cabinet light weight -- or skip it entirely and just use a dual-keyboard stand.

You can literally put any keyboard on top of any digital piano to achieve that (as long as both have 5 pin midi); although if you put an arranger on top, and you wanted the lower piano weighted keyboard to control it, you'd either need to get a Korg, or a Yamaha pro level arranger, and learn how to setup the midi transmit/receive (every korg PA I ever tried this with automatically worked without me setting anything up). With synths & workstations, no such faffling about either.

Yamaha makes the StageA, which is a portable 2 level organ (bottom keys obviously not weighted), but it wouldn't be hard to just stick an 88 key piano/midi controller under there as well.

Of course you can stack anything you want on top of anything else. I want them built into one housing, like a dual-manual organ.
