Hi an introduction ? I am 78 years old, an electronics Engineer, X Marconi, I have worked in 35 countries not including Europe, though I am still at it, with repairs and things, I have 2 keyboards KN7000 and an Older KN5000, both working fine and fitted with Floppy disk Emulators, and still have the Floppy drives. I used to play Rock and Country but find it difficult now due to really bad Arthritis in my hands. I used to live in Cyprus, Paphos, and used to sing a bit and guitar, hence the photo and do a bit of Karaoke. I use Cubase 13 Pro but struggle with parts of it.

I did have a KN6000 with same emulator but sold it on, after having an accident with it, now this may seem stupid but I had it in the house and wasn't much room so I mounted a subwoofer on a shelf above it then somehow the shelf collapsed it came down broke 2 keys off in the lower half and put a neat pattern of the 13Amp plug through the speaker grill, without damaging the speaker, I moved the keys to the highest point in the keyboard, after repairing them. Worked for me . Oh yes I have been moved out the house the cabin in the garden.

I have been recovering from a stroke for a couple of years, so lost touch with the other sites KN7000.com, Technote etc. and have been looking for a couple of pieces of software which I lost due to a major HDD failure (should Have kept a Backup elsewhere, CD ROM maybe) That's the SDE KN7000 Manager and a disk format for the piece of SW for a multiple Floppy on SD as far as I remember.

I have Service Manuals for KN5000,KN7000 and I think KN6000 which has come in handy as the KN7000 packed up some time ago and was able to Diagnose the fault as a Voltage Regulator on the Board.
