Key sensibility lost

Hello all,

I'm having an issue with my digital keyboard yamaha psr-e343 and every D and Ab makes the loudest sound, or simply doesn't sound, as it had lost the sensibility.

Sometimes when I start it up, it works perfectly fine.

I also recently bought a sustain pedal, but I don't know if that affects my piano.

Might have a loose/bad connector in the keyboard. Recommend that you remove, clean and reseat the keybed connectors first. Could be that simple.
