Has anyone experienced a similar problem with keyboard noise? I own a King Korg which started developing a noticeable static noise (almost like a "whoosh" sound) when plugged into an amp. Its interesting that the noise is a constant and doesn't change its volume based on the keyboard controls. However, It is impacted by the amp volume controls. I've tried double shielded audio cords, but they didn't help. Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks. I don’t suppose you have an English translation of the article?

Simply grounding everything is not an answer. It will not eliminate hum or ground loops.

The actual answer is to isolate the keyboard ground using a DI Box.

Dave - Sound came back. Unfortunately I can't attached a audio clip because Voice Memos only records it as a m4a file which can't be attached to this message system.

Maybe using the google translator. You may copy and paste to there. I use to do like this and works well, most of the time. Then I save it to a Word or text file, making copy/paste again of the translation.

I'm leaning toward your solution being with the DI box also. Most foreign noise issues such as you are describing can be traced back to improper grounding. One thing of note here is that not all cables are grounded in the same way. You can actually buy cables that are grounded as balanced cable or unbalanced cable. Mixing them up is not such a good thing.
