I am in search of a keyboard that suits me and my needs. I am hoping that someone can help. I am looking for a keyboard that is portable (not bulky/heavy), it needs to have built in speakers so that i can play without an amp, it must have the capability to be played through an amp, it must have a headphone jack (for silent play), and it must have SOME variety of presets (specifically organ/piano sounds). If it helps, i play funk/jazz/blues. If anyone can suggest a keyboard that fits these requirements, i would be forever grateful. Thanks!

Since you want it to be portable, I suspect that you don't need 88 weighted keys, since that will make the keyboard quite a bit heavier.

I think that the Yamaha PSR series might be what you're looking for. It's a series of many keyboards, but I'll link a few so that you'll have a good starting point.

Those keyboards has a variety of presets, they've got headphone jacks and sustain pedal jacks. And they're really lightweight, so you can just carry them to wherever you want to have them.

To find out about the quality if the sound, the best way would be to find a store nearby and go try them out.

Hope I was helpful :)
