I noticed there are different types of keyboards such as synths and arrangers and such, what would be the best to just play lots of sounds with good quality, velocity no weight keys, 61+ keys, budget of around $600-700
I'm likin the Korg x50 but does anyone have any suggestions
i will be playing final fantasy, dimmu borgir and stuff like that

You can divide keyboards into workstations and arrangers, in other words, the ones for music production/band playing and the one for playing on your own.

X50 is an entry level Korg workstation and it just may be what you're looking for. It has most of the sounds korg TR has, which means you'll get good sound quality (except the piano hehe). If you need a keyboard just for playing with nothing extra, i thing the x50 will do.

I don't know what Roland has to offer in the price range but i know yamaha's mm6 is not a match for the x50, mostly cause the polyphony is only 32, although it looks way better hehe...

Anyway, i think you made a good choice if going for a new keyboard.
