Keyboard velocity issue

Good morning, please i have a kurzweil PC 3LE 8 which has a problem with the loudness of the keys. Looks like a touch sensitivity problem to me, in that the keys in some octaves produce very loud sounds than other keys when they are all touched with the same attack.
it was sent for repairs but this problem hasn't resolved.
please can someone help me?

Check your manual for how to set the Velocity on your keyboard.

On my PC3K8 I can choose from 7 different levels.

It should be under the global settings somewhere.
