Korg Krone - Volume Problem

Some of the keys randomly shoot the volume to maximum for that key. It started with the middle Eb but has gone to other keys as well. Continually striking the key results in a random maximum volume to a normal volume. There doesn't seem to be a pattern. any suggestions.

Try a factory reset.

If that doesn't fix it then you probably have dirty key contacts.

Take it in for servicing in that case.
