Korg PA settings for Eq

The standard default settings in a Korg PA is for them to be Off.

There are a number of available presets that become available once the Eq is turned on.

Even then they produce a fairly flat response.

Here is what I set my PA to for Preset 1, I then have some other permutations for the remaining available presets.

A word of warning on the settings, they are for my external PA system.

You may want to use a bit less gain if using the internal speakers.

My suggestion would be to use each of the six Presets for different environments.

I find this one pretty good for my headphones as well as my PA system

I will take an image of my Limiter settings and post it asap

Hi Col, I am usually a bit cautious doing things as I only hear in mono. Will it be ok to use this setting as I do not have external amps just keyboard.

If you just turn on the Eq in Global and then select a preset from the drop down menu then exit and play.

Repeat the preset change until one gives you the best sound for your hearing.

No need to make any adjustments until you have tried each preset and then it is up to you to make small adjustments at a time to fine tune, once youhave a setup that suits save the preset.
