Korg pa5x keyboard

Hi, I have a korg pa5x keyboard which I am having problems with. The two main problems that I'm having is when I'm playing along with a style and are using one finger chord on left split, sometimes it plays out of key and also sometimes plays higher octace then back to normal as you change chord. I don't know when this is going to happen as to record it and send to korg. This would be embarrassing if you were playing to public. Has anyone else experienced this. Allen.

First step is to save your settings, do a factory reset.

Stage 2 is to perform a firmware update or reinstall.

Phase 3 is to bring it to Korg's attention.

If you have updated and this issue is new contact Korg.

Restore the prior version from your Backup files and please do not say you have no Backup file
