my korg ps60 plays fine for around 40 minutes then the keyboard freezes and the led light turns white and no sounds at all . I reset factory settings and it sometimes works but then shuts down again .

Sound like the power supply is on its way out.

Is it built into the keyboard or is it an external power brick?

If it's external it should be relatively cheap and easy to replace.

I'd recommend using a factory replacement part instead of a generic though.

And I'd stop using the keyboard until you get the replacement part. Otherwise you may end up permanently damaging the keyboard.

Let us know if it solves the problem. Otherwise this is the least expensive option. If a new power supply doesn't work then you'll end up having to bring it in for service.

Either way, let us know how you ultimately solve the problem.

I have the same keyboard and have been using a Radio Shack power supply for the past year and have had no problems.
