I'm playing for a show this weekend and the keyboard book I'm playing out of requires quite a bit of harp patches. A good chunk of the writing when such patch is called for extends into the lowest range of the keyboard. The only problem is with the harp patches on the PC4, the lowest octave or so is taken up by programmed glissandi, which prevents me from being able to play these lower sustained notes. Is there anyway to turn this off, or get full 88-key access to the sustained sounds?

You should be able to turn off the zone in a patch edit and see if you can replace it with some sort of low register strings that pass for the harp.

Or look around at the available patches on the cunka.au Mastering VAST forum.

Paid access gets you access to decades worth of PC3 and K patches.

That would be my solution.

Gary ;)
