I have a problem with our keyboard Kurzweil SP4-8 at church, bought it in 2018 and still working fine until 2023, but last sunday, when i turned on the keyboard before services, it kept loading the whole time and wouldn't start the program, thankfuly we have another keyboard to be used. So I tried to power off and turned it on several times and still not working. Had tried to hard reset just like what i read in the manual book, but seems like it would just worked if the keyboard was not loading anymore. So had no solution untill now. Anyone can help with this problem. Thankyou.
