Just add that it's been our species' insanity to kill each other pretty much every day for the past 6000 years. Perhaps it's for the best if global warming wipes us all out and makes room for a new species to start over

Poignant for me as my Grandfather served in the Canadian Army, was seriously wounded in 1915, repatriated back to Canada in 1918. He lived until 1932 when he passed away though an illness directly related to his injuries suffered in WWI. He rests amongst his fellow soldiers in the Military section of Saskatoon cemetery
