'Local OFF' at Technics SX-GX7

Hi folks,
does anyone know how to manage a 'Midi Local Off' on the Technics Organ SX-GX7?
I couldn't find anything in the materials.

TWO displays?

It's probably somewhere in the manual. Technics probably just uses some other terminology for it.
