Logic Pro 11 is now out

If you have automatic updates turned on it's a free update from Logic Pro X.

It adds a whole bunch of new AI features to your recordings.

I've been playing around with it a bit today. The AI composers are impressive enough but the Stem Splitter feature absolutely steals the show.

I input Aerosmith's Sweet Emotion as an MP3 and watched the software disassemble the entire song perfectly into 5 audio tracks, Drums, Vocals, Bassline, Guitars and a Keyboard track in less than a minute of processing time.

Next the video mentioned converting the audio tracks to MIDI notes. I haven't tried yet, but so far these operations execute like child's play.

Anyone who does music transcription for a living is now flat out out of luck.
