Looper pedal on keyboard?

Anyone using a Looper pedal on a Casio or Yamaha keyboard? I found Boss RC-3 looper cheap and would like to try it on one of my keyboards. Should I connect to the headphone output or line out?

If line outs are available they are always the preferred choice.

Can't comment on the other stuff.

Got it working by placing it between the mixer and the amplifier.
