Lost User Banks after Kurzweil update

Hello,
I have just updated my Forte 7 to the most recent operating system installing the 410 KUF file and reloaded my backup file.
If i spin the data wheel it shows my user files, but I cannot find the user banks in which I had stored the files. Only Bank 1 is visible and using the Channel /Zone up/down keys does not move from Bank 1.
I have verified the new operating system is properly installed.
I have done a soft reset but that has not changed anything.
Does anybody have any suggestions? - should I perhaps reload the operating system? - any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I have solved my problem.
I forgot to reset "user type to "Advanced" and change view soft button.
I can now see my user banks.
