Mac Mini - iPad wiring for live performance

I'm building a new rig using an Arturia 88 keyboard (not the MKii) with a Mac Mini with M1 chip, Focusrite 2x2, and an iPad for controls. I've been researching everything I can but just can't find much around the best practices on how to wire this for live sound. Can anyone recommend a site that can show me my options or perhaps what extra equipment I might need to make this happen? (p.s. I'm also using a Kurzweil 72 key as my second set of keys and a backup should something blow up on my computer rig). Also, I've been looking at mixers with audio interfaces...Is this something I could use to gig with rather than my Focusrite?
