Hi everyone. I got a Medeli A1000 but it freezes during startup. When I press the power button, the display turns on and the device wants to start up. However, it does not go further than the third dot and gets stuck there. Anyone have any ideas what I can do? I also didn't see a USB port to insert a stick anywhere. Just an old USB port to connect to the computer. However, I have no idea which software to use. Thanks in advance if anyone can help me.

The User Manual shows that you can insert a USB stick although it seems the port is in an unusual position, under the keybed in the middle of the the keyboard. The manual also refers to resetting it to factory settings which may fix your problem.
