After the latest firmware on my AKX10...I'll turn on the piano... but the keys won't play a sound. I can put the keyboard into the demo mode then stop it.....all keys comes back as normal after. There are other ways to get the keys back to work. I have done a reset as well. I thought about downloading the latest firmware again and reinstalling?? Any idea how to help...thanks. Fred

Just curious, did you follow the update instructions?

Upgrade operations for a Major upgrade

1. Prepare a USB disk, format to FAT32 before use.

2. Copy the .FUP file to the root directory of the USB disk, plug the USB disk in
to the instrument.

3. Power off the instrument, then press and hold [STORE] + [M1] + [M3] and
power on.

4. When you see the upgrade interface, release the buttons.

5. This is a major upgrade, please press the [Clean User] soft button in the
screen to erase all user data inside the instrument. If you have any important
user styles or other user data, please make sure you have had them all
backed up before you do this.

6. After the user data has been cleaned, press the big button in the screen to
start the upgrade.

7. Follow the screen display to install the new firmware.

8. The first boot up after you have cleaned the user flash, the screen will show a
“Repairing” message, and will report an error 18 afterwards. This is normal,
don’t worry.

9. Please navigate to [Global Settings] -> [Utility] -> [Config3] -> [to Factory
Preset], and uncheck the “but keep the memory data” box, then execute the
reset.

10. All done.
