microKORG problem

hi.

i am new to the forum, and in trying to post in the Q&A program, but the microKORG synth is not listed in the pull down menu.

over the weekend, my band was performing using the microKORG. during the set, somehow a bunch (more than half) of the non-vocoder pre-sets vanished.

does anyone know how to do some kind of a reset? or does anyone here know how this could have happened and how i could get them back?

please let me know if anyone needs more specific info about what it is doing right now.
