microkorg sustain pedal

i've pretty much set my heart on getting the microkorg xl, but i'm worried i wont be able to get some sort of sustain pedal onto it. it does not have a pedal input.

are there any options out there besides using a midi pedal, because i wanna use that to misi into another keyboard (to deal with the mini keys)

also, if there are any suggestions out there to a better keyboard for abt the same price? i want good piano and organ sounds as well, and i like the ones on the micro xl.

If you're using something else to control the microKorg via MIDI, plug the sustain pedal into that and make sure you haven't done anything screwy with the MIDI settings, and you should send the pedal via MIDI CC #64 to the microKorg.
