midi note messages

Hi everyone. Can anyone tell me how to stop note messages being transmitted via midi between two keyboards (Ketron Audya and Ketron SD1). I only want to transmit expression pedal and sustain pedal messages and not the actual notes from master keyboard.
Any information would be very appreciated Thank you

Set the keyboard to 'local' only or set the keyboard to transmit to a different midi channel than the receiving keyboard.

I don't think you can send pedal action over MIDI - unless you send it as control data?

Thanks to everyone for replying so soon.Changing the midi channels got it working. I set the master keyboard to transmit on no channel and the receiving one to channel 2 Any other set-up didn't seem to work as the master keyboard would play the sound of the slave which I didn't want Everything grand now and pedals are working both keyboards.
