Midi pads that are fully customisable

Is there a set of midi pads that can be custom programmed to play chords from a single button press. Or arpeggios for that matter. I’m looking to trigger a stand alone organ with my left hand while playing the drums with my other limbs

Right. Any mid-range or high-end pro arranger keyboard from Korg or Yamaha will easily do what you're asking about, and I believe the Roland E-A7, Casio CT-X3000/5000 will also. Probably workstation synths like the Yamaha Montage, too, but I don't have any personal experience with those.
