Need help how to layer sounds with S90

Hoping to find someone who has experience with the S90 patches and can give me a tutorial on layering different pads. I find the Yamaha instruction manual difficult to follow! For example, I would like to have a piano patch with a string synth underneath it - not split the keyboard. At times, splitting would be great, but I'm not clear how to do that either. I would happily pay someone for some assistance, maybe through Zoom?
