Novation Launchkey MK3 Velocity Settings

I own Novation Launchkey MK3 49 keys for a while and like it very much. But I found the keys are really hard to play if i keep the velocity settings to Soft, Normal or Hard. I really have to press the keys hard to get desired sound and get my fingers tired very shortly

So, i always turn the velocity setting off. Keys become very light and are easy on the fingers to play. But i lose the expression as the velocity setting is off.

Is there a way tweak the settings so that it is not hard to play and one don’t have to bang on the keyboard and get decent expression.

I contacted Focusrite/Novation support. They are more interested in selling me MK4 model than even listening to the problem of MK3.
