Numa Organ (ver 1) Freezes when power-up

Normally, when powering on the Numa organ, all the buttons will flash 3 times and then return to its normal play mode.

But Lately, when powering on the organ, all the buttons on the front panel eliminate and freeze. It’s like the keyboard freezes durning the boot process. This freezing will often last 30 minutes to several hours to several days. During that wait-time, the keyboard is unplayable, of course. Anyone else familiar with this phenomenon?
