I'm not sure what exactly you're referring to, but if you're in the USA you can buy selected replacement parts from Yamaha24x7.com; and there are a few other places that sell replacement parts for various makes and models of keyboards and synthesizers, such as FullCompass.com and Syntaur.com-- although it seems that many keyboard companies have stopped selling parts to consumers, so certain types of parts can be hard to find. In some cases you might be forced to buy a used keyboard that has a problem of some kind and cannibalize it for parts.
