I am saddened deeply with this news.
I would guess he would be mid 70's . . . . Too Young!
But I think drugs probably took him.

He was only 73 and the cause of his passing has not been made public.
He has had a history of mental health problems.
As recently as February this year a Tribute Concert for him was held at the Royal Albert Hall, clips of him performing are on Youtube.
He influenced so many.
